I have decided that as of right now, I'm not going to be very paleo. I will incorporate some dairy and some whole grains in my diet. I will not be having these things everyday, but I will not beat myself up for having them. I will continue to eat as clean as possible as I did while on the Whole30. Please do not preach to me about nutrition. Every body is different. I will continue to listen to my body. If I feel eating these whole grains and some dairy does not agree with me, I will change. The key in losing weight is LISTENING TO YOUR BODY. And that is what I will do.

My favorite author changes all the time, but I love Jonathan Tropper. He’s an awesome and relateable writer.
Number the Stars is what made me like books back in the 3rd or 4th grade, and then the HP series got me back into books as an adult. So those hold special places in my heart.
