I have decided that as of right now, I'm not going to be very paleo. I will incorporate some dairy and some whole grains in my diet. I will not be having these things everyday, but I will not beat myself up for having them. I will continue to eat as clean as possible as I did while on the Whole30. Please do not preach to me about nutrition. Every body is different. I will continue to listen to my body. If I feel eating these whole grains and some dairy does not agree with me, I will change. The key in losing weight is LISTENING TO YOUR BODY. And that is what I will do.
All I want is a Hershey’s chocolate bar.
I’m in a super snacky mood today. I need to buy some healthy snacks to curve the craving.
perpetual funk probably for the past 6 months or so. I don’t know how to get myself out of it. I know exercising would help, but it won’t be the answer. I have’t been to the gym consistently in MONTHS.If I get some endorphins going, I know it will make feel a bit better.
Some of the things that are getting me down, I can’t change at the moment and I don’t know when I will be able to. Maybe that is the real issue. I don’t see any stopping point of this funk.
