About Me
Old handle use to be Gab Gone Paleo-ish.
Time to change and take control. I started on my weightloss journey on February 1, 2012 with the Whole30 program. July 30, 2012, I have completed my second Whole30. Since February 1, 2012, I have lost 70 pounds and "countless" inches from my body. As of recently, I have not been as diligent about my diet and exercise habits, but it does not mean that I will go back to the way I was. I will NEVER do that.
I have decided that as of right now, I'm not going to be very paleo. I will incorporate some dairy and some whole grains in my diet. I will not be having these things everyday, but I will not beat myself up for having them. I will continue to eat as clean as possible as I did while on the Whole30. Please do not preach to me about nutrition. Every body is different. I will continue to listen to my body. If I feel eating these whole grains and some dairy does not agree with me, I will change. The key in losing weight is LISTENING TO YOUR BODY. And that is what I will do.

Someone’s probably done this, but both versions of Honeydukes make one hell of a
trioquartet. All credit to kirstynhippe, writer of “Honeydukes;” yulinkuang, director of I Ship It; and marykatewiles, Joey, and Jenna.

This is weird and great. Who knew we made such a great quartet?
Love this! Glad we had Joey record his vocals twice for each song, it makes this especially strange and trippy when he’s slightly out of sync with himself.
